TD Bank, N.A. is seeking a Relationship Manager III in Passaic, New Jersey to service large and complex commercial portfolios.

The role focuses on customizing a broad range of products to meet clients' financing, cash management, and business needs while growing the customer portfolio and cross-selling across TD’s commercial banking lines. The incumbent is expected to originate and monitor larger loans, manage strategic accounts, and deliver high-quality credit decisions.

Qualifications

Undergraduate degree and 7+ years relevant experience.
In-depth understanding of commercial industry, business development techniques and credit decisions.
Proven business development track record with ability to conceptualize and implement effective new business strategies.
Excellent credit and financial analysis skills.
Effective negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

Grow loans, deposits and fees by developing new business and cross-selling to existing customers.
Lead all aspects of relationship management for an assigned portfolio/geography.
Deliver exceptional customer service and execute plans to continuously improve the customer experience.
Identify and pursue referrals to internal Bank partners to meet customer needs.
Develop and implement sales strategies to attract, acquire and retain customers and opportunities.
