Qualifications

• Roles typically require a university/college degree and industry experience.
• 8+ years of relevant industry experience is common for this level.
• Certifications are desirable but not always required.

Responsibilities

• Sets relationship strategies and directs activities to ensure client retention, risk management and revenue growth.
• Works with clients with advanced risk and complex needs and mentors teammates as needed.
• Independently handles origination, negotiation and documentation of credit products with high complexity.
• Prepares approval documents using independent judgment to assess risks, collateral and financials.
• Manages risk/return and drives client revenue while mitigating various risk types.
• Expands and retains client relationships to deepen share of wallet and engagement.
• Negotiates workout options with customers to reduce risks and losses when applicable.
• Collaborates with internal and external partners to secure collateral coverage.
