Job summary

Flagstar is seeking a Senior Relationship Manager - Middle Market for the NY Metro region to drive new business and manage a portfolio of mid-sized borrowers in Manhattan and the NY Metro area. You will coordinate with product specialists and portfolio managers to originate, structure, and manage loans while optimizing profitability.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Formal credit training preferred and industry experience in commercial lending.
• Established relationships with relevant companies and direct origination track record.

Responsibilities

• New Business Origination: develop and maintain relationships to generate deal flow and grow assets.
• Relationship Management: engage with borrowers and cross-sell products with portfolio managers.
• Credit Quality: monitor portfolio credit quality and ensure compliance with reporting requirements.
