Job summary

Truist Wealth is seeking a Regular client service professional to deliver outstanding service in person and by phone while developing, expanding, and retaining client relationships in a banking environment.

The role includes cross-training for teller duties, meeting branch sales goals, and collaborating with internal specialists to address customer financial needs. Training and compliance are emphasized throughout.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of client sales and service experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience with sourcing and prospecting for new clients.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office).
• Must be SAFE compliant within 30 days and pass NMLS background checks.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing as needed.
• Ability to work weekends and extended hours with possible travel.

Responsibilities

• Handle client service requests and routine sales activities.
• Contribute to meeting sales targets by growing client relationships.
• Refer complex needs to internal specialists for solutions.
• Participate in Leadership routines and team activities.
• Pursue ongoing sales and product knowledge training.
• Advise on consumer lending options and take loan applications.
• Follow internal controls and regulatory policies.
• Provide a consistent, friendly client experience at the teller window.
