Responsibilities

• Develops rapport with customers, greeting customers by name and addressing inquiries and problem resolution.
• Performs banking transactions including deposits, loan payments, check cashing, money orders and savings bond redemption.
• Safeguards customer trust and upholds confidentiality.
• Fulfills Banking Center opening and closing activities.
• Introduces and advises on deposit and consumer loan products to meet customer needs.
• Identifies referrals to other business lines and maintains knowledge of Bank products and services.
