Cape Cod Five is seeking a Relationship Banker III to deliver exceptional customer care, handle daily banking transactions, and mentor RB I/II staff at a full-service Retail Banking Center. The role emphasizes proactive product referrals and adherence to bank policies.

The Relationship Banker III will develop customer relationships, process complex transactions, and support brand integrity while collaborating with team members and participating in community activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years banking experience.
• Ability to mentor RB I and RB II team members.
• Ability to independently complete transactions and all platform services (deposits, loan payments, account openings, etc.).
• Ability to handle complex account openings and transactions independently.
• Strong judgement and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Develops rapport with customers and greets by name.
• Provide excellent customer care for daily transactions and inquiries.
• Perform banking transactions (deposits, loan payments, check cashing, money orders).
• Uphold customer confidentiality and comply with laws and policies.
• Participate in banking center meetings and coaching sessions.
• Open/close Banking Center duties and promote bank products and services for customer needs.
