Responsibilities

• Develops rapport with customers and handles daily transactions and inquiries.
• Mentors RB I and RB II staff and supports banking center operations.
• Processes deposits, loan payments, cash checks, money orders and related transactions.
• Explains and advises on bank deposit and consumer loan products to meet customer needs.
• Upholds confidentiality and adheres to policies and procedures.
• Participates in banking center meetings and coaching sessions.
• Manages opening/closing duties and ensures smooth daily operations.
