Job summary

The Cape Cod Five Cents Savings Bank in Hyannis, MA seeks a Relationship Banker III to deliver exceptional customer care, assist with daily banking transactions, and mentor RB I and RB II staff at a full-service Cape Cod 5 Retail Banking Center location.

You will advise on deposit and loan products, handle complex transactions, and contribute to customer relationships while upholding banking policies and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years banking experience.
• Ability to mentor RB I and RB II team members.
• Ability to independently complete transactions and all platform services, including deposits, loans and accounts.
• Ability to execute more complex account openings and transactions independently, e.g., business accounts.
• Demonstrated high level of judgement and customer relationship skills.
• Cyber security awareness to protect the digital environment, the Bank and customers.

Responsibilities

• Develops rapport with customers and greets them by name while understanding ownership types.
• Provide excellent customer care for daily transactions and inquiries per bank policies.
• Process deposits, loan payments, check cashing, money orders, and related banking transactions.
• Safeguard customer trust and confidentiality; comply with laws and policies.
• Participate in Banking Center meetings and coaching sessions; support opening/closing activities.
• Identify referrals to other business lines to meet customer needs.
