Job summary

Regions Bank seeks a Relationship Banker – Team Lead in Helena, Alabama. You will meet customers in person and by phone to assess financial needs, offering Regions products and guidance to reach goals. You will coach a team of bankers and support branch operations in the Branch Manager’s absence.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Two years banking, sales or customer service experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Guide and direct all branch activities with Branch Manager.
• Achieve branch targets by identifying customer needs and offering Regions solutions.
• Conduct outbound calls to expand relationships and acquire new customers.
• Coach junior bankers to strengthen product knowledge and assist with customer needs.
• Educate customers on Regions Consumer and Business products, loans, and deposits.
• Advise on emerging digital solutions and ensure a consistent customer experience.
