Responsibilities

• Identify client needs and recommend BankUnited products to deepen relationships.
• Convert routine service transactions into relationship-building conversations.
• Open accounts and promote deposit, loan, credit, and fee income solutions.
• Assist in coordinating daily priorities and provide informal coaching to team members.
• Maintain knowledge of products, policies, procedures, and regulations.
