Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3–5 years of branch banking experience with client service and sales.
• Prior leadership or coaching experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of banking operations, risk management and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Identify client needs and recommend BankUnited products and solutions.
• Build relationships and deepen client wallet share.
• Open accounts, process deposits, loans, and related transactions.
• Lead outbound calls, appointments, and referrals to drive sales.
• Collaborate with internal partners to deliver the One Bank experience.
