Job summary

BankUnited seeks a Senior Financial Specialist in Florida to deepen client relationships and turn service interactions into sales opportunities. You will identify complex needs, recommend relevant BankUnited products, and support branch and market performance through proactive referrals and client engagement.

In this role, you will open accounts, promote deposit and loan products, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver the One Bank Experience.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED is required.
• 2-3 years of branch banking, cash handling or related financial services experience preferred.
• Strong sales acumen and ability to uncover client needs to deepen relationships.

Responsibilities

• Identify client needs and recommend BankUnited products and solutions.
• Convert routine service transactions into relationship-building conversations.
• Open accounts and promote deposits, loans, and fee income solutions.
• Meet branch and market sales goals through referrals and proactive outreach.
• Support daily branch operations and assist leadership as needed.
