Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two years of banking, sales, and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to handle cash and process transactions.
• Strong communication skills in person, on the phone, and electronically.
• Proficiency with computers and staying focused at a monitor.
• Ability to work Saturdays and lift up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Achieves individual and branch targets by proactively identifying customer needs and providing guidance on Regions’ solutions, focusing on Preferred Banking Households.
• Conducts outbound calls to expand relationships and acquire new customers.
• Serves as primary relationship manager for a portfolio of Preferred Banking Households.
• Educates customers on Regions’ products and services, including loans, deposits, and investments.
• Promotes digital banking tools and services to customers.
• Resolves customer issues and refers complex needs to specialists as needed.
• Supports branch team development as a subject matter expert for junior bankers.
