Job summary

Cape Cod 5 is seeking a Relationship Banker I to provide exceptional customer care at a full-service Retail Banking Center in Cape Cod. You will assist customers with banking transactions, address inquiries, and help resolve issues, delivering a friendly, accurate service experience.

The role requires six months of cash handling and customer service experience, with eligibility for NMLS and Notary Public commission, and a strong emphasis on confidentiality and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• NMLS registration eligibility.
• Notary Public commission eligibility.
• Minimum six months’ cash handling experience.
• Minimum six months’ customer service experience.
• Prior customer relationship building experience.

Responsibilities

• Develops rapport with customers and greets them by name while handling transactions.
• Provide excellent customer care relative to daily transactions and inquiries.
• Performs basic banking transactions including deposits, loan payments, and check handling.
• Safeguards customer confidentiality and privacy.
• Builds knowledge of the bank's products and services and seeks guidance for development.
• Complies with all laws, policies, and procedures and completes trainings.
