Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Eligible for Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration.
• Eligible for Notary Public commission.

Responsibilities

• Develops rapport with customers and assists with transactions, inquiries and problem resolution.
• Performs basic banking transactions including deposits and loan payments.
• Safeguards customer confidentiality.
• Develops knowledge of Bank products and services and seeks assistance for learning needs.
• Complies with all laws, regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Completes learning activities in a timely manner.
• Participates in Banking Center meetings and one-on-one coaching sessions.
• Engages in community groups and events.
• Additional duties as assigned.
