Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience sourcing and prospecting for new clients and building relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office).
• SAFE compliant within 30 days and pass NMLS background check.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing needs.
• Ability to work weekends and extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide industry leading client service in person and on the phone while developing and expanding client relationships.
• Cross-trained to perform teller duties as needed.
• Contribute to meeting or exceeding client service and branch sales targets by offering products and services.
• Conduct consultative conversations and refer complex needs to internal specialists.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Engage clients with courteous service during transactions and help navigate the branch.
