Job summary

Truist Financial Corporation is seeking a client-focused professional to deliver industry-leading service in-person and by phone while expanding client relationships. The role includes cross-training to perform teller duties and advising on consumer lending options.

You will conduct consultative conversations, support branch sales goals, and collaborate with internal specialists to meet financial needs. Regular travel and weekend/extended hours may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of client sales and service experience
• Experience sourcing and prospecting for new clients
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Must be SAFE compliant within 30 days of employment
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours

Responsibilities

• Exercises advanced proficiency with routine client maintenance requests and sales functions
• Contributes to meeting client service and sales targets by expanding relationships
• Refer more complex client needs to internal specialists
• Participates in the Retail Community Bank Leadership routines
• Advances knowledge of sales techniques and product knowledge
• Advises on consumer lending options and takes loan applications
• Ensures compliance with internal controls and policies
• Engages clients during transactions and assists with navigation in the branch
