Job summary

Truist is seeking a Retail Relationship Banker in the United States (Miami area) to deliver industry-leading client service and expand client relationships through consultative conversations and referrals.

You will perform teller duties as needed while advising on consumer lending options and contributing to branch sales goals. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential to thrive in a fast-paced banking environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• 4 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience with sourcing and prospecting for new clients and client relationship building.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office.
• SAFE (Mortgage Licensing Act) compliant within 30 days of employment.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs.
• Ability to work weekends and extended hours with occasional travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide industry leading client service and expand client relationships.
• Offer financial solutions based on consultative conversations and referrals.
• Assist with teller duties as needed and support branch targets.
• Conduct consultative conversations and refer complex needs to specialists.
• Participate in branch leadership routines and ongoing training.
