Responsibilities

• Cross-sells bank products and services based on customer needs and goals.
• Provides training and support for mobile and online banking programs.
• Maintains knowledge of current products, fees, and policies; educates customers.
• May assist with safe deposit boxes and vault operations.
• Participates in sales initiatives and adheres to compliance guidelines.
• Open and close branch operations as needed; acts as a Technology Ambassador.
