Job summary

You will cross-train to perform teller duties and support branch goals through consultative conversations and referrals.

The ideal candidate has strong communication, 2 years of sales/service experience, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced banking environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience sourcing and prospecting for new clients.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be SAFE compliant within 30 days of employment with NMLS checks.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to scheduling needs.
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing needs.

Responsibilities

• Process routine client maintenance requests and resolve problems; upsell products.
• Meet or exceed client service and branch sales targets through relationship building.
• Refer complex needs or financial goals to internal specialists.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Attend sales, service and product knowledge trainings.
• Advise on consumer lending options and take loan applications.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Greet clients and assist with teller transactions as needed.
