Job summary

First Western Trust in Jackson, WY is seeking a VP, Relationship Banker II to grow and retain client relationships. You will support PC revenue goals and deliver a full range of financial solutions across loans, deposits, and referrals.

You will manage the lending process end-to-end, coordinate with internal partners, and ensure compliance and service quality throughout the client lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• 5-7 years of lending, underwriting or credit experience.
• Proficient in Excel and MS Office.
• Experience with banking software and CRM systems.
• Strong mathematical and analytical abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to organize, prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• NMLS registration upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain client relationships while supporting PC revenue goals.
• Facilitate and structure credit requests for commercial, construction and real estate loans.
• Review underwriting and cash flow analyses to ensure sound credit decisions.
• Manage lending process from application to closing and onboarding.
• Oversee portfolio administration including covenants and collateral monitoring.
• Collaborate with wealth management and deposit services to deliver solutions.
• Support compliance and service excellence throughout the client lifecycle.
