Job summary

First Western seeks a VP, Relationship Banker II in Jackson, WY, to grow and retain client relationships, support PC revenue goals, and deliver a full range of financial solutions. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
5-7 years of lending, underwriting, and/or credit experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, with exceptional Excel skills.
Experience with banking and credit software.
Experience with CRM systems.
Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks.
NMLS registration upon hire.
Experience mentoring or supporting less experienced associates.
Comfortable representing the Bank and Profit Center with clients and prospects.

Responsibilities

Meet annual production goals for loans, deposits, and assets; set referral objectives.
Identify and introduce new client relationships through outreach and development.
Facilitate and structure credit requests including commercial, construction, and real estate loans.
Review underwriting and cash flow analysis to ensure sound credit decisions.
Manage the full lending process from application to closing and onboarding.
Oversee portfolio administration including covenants and collateral monitoring.
Collaborate with wealth planning, investment management, trust, and deposit services.
