Job summary

First Western Trust is seeking a VP, Relationship Banker II in Wyoming to grow and retain client relationships. You will support Profit Center revenue, deliver a full range of financial solutions, and help manage loans, deposits, and referrals to other lines of business.

Day-to-day you’ll identify opportunities, structure credit requests, and coordinate with internal partners to provide tailored client solutions while upholding compliance and service excellence across the client lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Five to seven years of experience in lending, underwriting, and/or credit.
• Proficient with Excel and data analysis; strong mathematical abilities.
• Experience with CRM systems and banking/credit software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to develop client relationships, generate referrals, and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain client relationships to support PC revenue goals and cross-sell solutions.
• Identify new relationships through prospecting, outreach, and referrals.
• Facilitate and structure credit requests including commercial, construction, and real estate loans.
• Review underwriting and cash flow analysis to ensure sound credit decisions.
• Manage the lending process from application through closing and onboarding.
