First Western Trust is seeking an SVP, Relationship Banker III to lead a high-value portfolio and act as a trusted advisor to clients. You will drive lending and wealth management solutions, partnering with internal teams to deliver comprehensive financial services and grow client relationships.

The role emphasizes portfolio oversight, client acquisition, and collaboration with colleagues to meet loan, deposit, and asset goals while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field or equivalent experience.
• NMLS certification required upon hire.
• 10+ years of business development or client development experience, including 5-7 years of lending and/or underwriting experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of loans, deposits, and assets under management to meet team goals.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering personalized financial solutions.
• Work with internal teams to provide comprehensive wealth management services.
• Process loan requests and manage them through the approval process.
• Administer complex loan portfolios, tracking covenants, collateral, and documentation.
• Identify opportunities for growth within your portfolio and help clients achieve their financial goals.
