Job summary

Corebridge Financial seeks a Senior Relationship Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with plan sponsors and executives, leading annual plan reviews, and delivering pension- related guidance and strategic support across regional teams.

The role focuses on proactive client communication, data-driven analysis, and facilitating plan setup with ongoing administration while driving client satisfaction and expansion opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in benefits design, compliance, and implementation with appropriate designation (i.e. CEBS, ASPA).
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance or related field.
• Thorough knowledge of ERISA and related legislation governing qualified pension plans.
• Strong customer service and retention focus.
• Ability to manage multiple institutional client relationships independently.
• FINRA SIE, Series 6 and 63 required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with plan sponsors' executive management and administrative personnel.
• Lead Annual Plan Review presentations including Plan Summary, Legislative Updates, Fund and Investment overview, and Education history and opportunities.
• Take a leading role at finalist presentations for regional clients.
• Facilitate plan setup and ongoing administration.
• Provide pension knowledge through correspondence, presentations, and consultations.
• Drive client satisfaction and provide references for business development.
• Coordinate special projects and respectful communications with clients.
