Job summary

Corebridge Financial, Inc. seeks a Senior Relationship Manager to retain and grow key client relationships in the retirement space.

You will engage plan sponsors' executives, lead annual plan reviews, and present updates on funds, investments, and education history. Responsibilities include guiding plan setup, administering ongoing plans, and delivering pension knowledge through written and oral communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in benefits design, compliance and implementation.
• Pension experience preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance or related field.
• Strong knowledge of ERISA and related legislation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with plan sponsors' executive management and administrative personnel.
• Lead Annual Plan Reviews and present the Plan Summary, legislative updates, and investment overviews.
• Facilitate plan setup and ongoing administration of the plan.
• Provide pension knowledge and guidance via correspondence, presentations, and consultations with clients.
• Support business development by delivering thoughtful client references and solutions.
