Simmons Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker to build, expand, and retain client relationships while delivering exceptional service. The RB will assess financial needs and offer bank products to help clients reach goals, engaging through calls, visits, events, and referrals.

Opportunities exist to progress from RB I to Sr RB with training across products and services. The role emphasizes a needs-based approach, cross-functional collaboration, and meeting branch targets.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma/GED required.
• NMLS registration required or obtainable after employment.
• Occasional travel for meetings, training, bank conversion and acquisition support.

Responsibilities

• Share and recommend Simmons resources to customers, including in-branch services, digital capabilities, and business partner resources.
• Meet or exceed individual and branch goals through in-person and outbound activities.
• Open and close accounts, assist with account selection, and ensure compliance with BSA and CIP requirements.
• Facilitate consumer loan requests and coach staff to handle loans effectively (Sr RB role).
• Refer customers to partner-centric teams for business, corporate, mortgage, and advisor services.
• Maintain high client satisfaction by delivering an optimal customer experience.
• Complete compliance training and perform duties in accordance with laws and bank policies.
