Simmons Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker to grow, expand, and retain client relationships while delivering an exceptional client experience. You will assess needs, offer financial solutions, and act as a trusted advisor, with opportunities to advance from RB I to Sr RB.

Responsibilities include opening accounts, referring to specialists, and maintaining compliance while meeting branch goals. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Formación

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Two years of customer-facing and goal-oriented experience.
• NMLS registration and/or license required after employment.

Responsabilidades

• Share and recommend Simmons resources including in-branch services, digital capabilities, and business partner resources.
• Meet individual and branch goals through in-person and outbound calling activities.
• Open/close accounts and assist with selection of accounts, research, and compliance with required policies.
• Refer clients to specialists for small business, mortgage, and advisory services.
• Maintain high client satisfaction by engaging customers and delivering an optimal experience.
