Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and ongoing service for reimbursement accounts with accuracy and timeliness.
• Collaborate with Sales, Relationship Management, and Product teams to deliver client solutions.
• Act as subject matter expert during client onboarding and transition to ongoing support.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high client satisfaction and retention.
• Identify process improvements or service enhancements and drive timely resolution of issues.
