• Ensure SLA and contractual commitments are met; monitor privacy and compliance obligations.
• Coordinate with client and home office teams via weekly/quarterly meetings and ride-alongs.
• Drive process improvements, revenue opportunities, and cost-saving initiatives; manage projects.
