Job summary

McKesson is seeking a Manager, Field Reimbursement Services to lead a nationwide team of field-based reimbursement specialists and drive day-to-day program operations. You will partner with Client Services and other McKesson teams, manage SLAs, and travel 60-80% to client sites.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of reimbursement experience and 2+ years of supervisory experience
• 4-year degree in related field or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Lead a nationwide team of field-based reimbursement specialists with coaching and performance management.
• Coordinate with client and home office to ensure consistent expectations and two-way communication.
• Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies for the Field Reimbursement Program.
• Ensure SLA and privacy/compliance obligations are met and monitor performance via reporting.
• Partner with Client Services and other departments to deliver monthly and quarterly client reports.
• Provide development opportunities and ongoing training for FRMs.
