Qualifications
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification may be required per department.

Serve as the primary contact for patients, providers, and staff.
Register and pre-register patients ensuring accurate information.
Perform patient check-in and support self-check-in processes.
Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments.
Communicate clearly and professionally with all stakeholders.
Coordinate internal and external patient referrals.
