You will support access to care with strong accuracy and customer service, assisting the care team and ensuring smooth clinic flow.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of customer service principles.
• Accurate data entry and attention to detail.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Computer skills to use medical databases and systems.
• Ability to operate basic medical equipment (BP cuff, pulse oximeter, EKG).
• Front-end revenue cycle understanding a plus.

Responsibilities

• Register and pre-register patients, ensuring accurate demographics and insurance data in the EHR.
• Check-in patients, collect co-pays, and confirm required forms are completed.
• Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments across service lines per protocol.
• Manage patient communications and outreach to support care team priorities.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow SEARHC standards; use portal enrollment as needed.
