Exelon Corporation is seeking a management level attorney to lead regulatory litigation, administrative law, and policy initiatives for the Delaware and New Jersey utilities. The role guides a team of attorneys and paralegals, providing strategic direction and high-quality legal services to the company’s DPL, ACE and PHI units.

This hybrid position requires in-office presence three days a week and seamless collaboration with Exelon’s broader legal function.

Qualifications

• Must hold a JD/LLB and be licensed to practice in NJ, DE, MD or DC.
• 12+ years of professional legal experience with distinction.
• Extensive knowledge of courts, regulatory agencies and related entities.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic legal direction for regulatory litigation and policy.
• Lead and develop a team of attorneys and paralegals.
• Manage budgets and outside counsel for matters in NJ/DE regulatory litigation.
• Collaborate with Exelon legal functions to improve delivery of services.
