Exelon is seeking a management-level attorney to lead regulatory litigation, administrative law, and policy, directing a team of attorneys and paralegals for Delmarva Power & Light, Atlantic City Electric, and PHI. The role focuses on Delaware and New Jersey regulatory matters.

The position is hybrid (in-office with remote flexibility) and requires commuting within the Newark, DE service area. A strong background in electric utility regulation is essential.

Qualifications

• An LLB or JD from an accredited law school and bar admission in NJ, DE, MD or DC.
• At least 12 years of professional experience with distinction in specialty practice.
• Extensive knowledge of courts, regulatory agencies and legal entities.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and legal direction on regulatory litigation and policy.
• Represent Exelon and affiliates with outside counsel and regulators.
• Mentor and supervise attorneys and paralegals; manage budgets.
