Staff Attorney will assist the Navitus Chief Legal Officer and Assistant General Counsel, Regulatory, with drafting legal documents and templates, managing document templates and corporate legal records, performing records and legal research and preparing correspondence under limited supervision. Formación

• Law degree required from an accredited program.
• Wisconsin license to practice law preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of legal experience.

Responsabilidades

• Prepares legal documents, memos and correspondence.
• Researches statutes, cases, contracts and legal codes.
• Manages legal records and contract filing processes.
• Provides legal counsel to staff on business objectives and policy impacts.
• Supports CQI and regulatory compliance initiatives.
