Staff Attorney will assist the Navitus Chief Legal Officer and Assistant General Counsel, Regulatory, and be responsible for drafting legal documents and templates, managing document templates and corporate legal records, performing records and legal research and preparing correspondence under limited supervision. Qualifications

• Completion of a law degree through an accredited program required.
• License to practice law in Wisconsin preferred.
• 5 years of experience working in legal required.
• Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives.
• Ability to interact cooperatively and respectfully with staff.

Responsibilities

• Draft legal documents and templates under limited supervision.
• Manage document templates and corporate legal records.
• Perform records and legal research and prepare correspondence.
• Provide legal counsel on implications of business objectives.
