The Sr. Staff Attorney will assist the Chief Legal Officer and Assistant General Counsel, Regulatory, and be responsible for drafting legal documents and templates, managing document templates and corporate legal records, performing records and legal research and preparing correspondence under limited supervision.

Formación

• Five years of experience in a legal role.
• License to practice law in Wisconsin preferred.
• Ability to provide legal counsel and guidance on business objectives.

Responsabilidades

• Draft legal documents and templates.
• Manage legal records and contracts.
• Provide guidance on legal issues across Navitus.
• Research statutes, decisions, and codes.
• Support compliance program objectives.
