Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Sr. Staff Attorney to join our team. The Sr. Staff Attorney will assist the Navitus Chief Legal Officer and Assistant General Counsel, Regulatory, and be responsible for drafting legal documents and templates, managing document templates and corporate legal records, performing records and legal research and preparing correspondence under limited supervision.

Qualifications

• Completion of a law degree from an accredited program is required.
• License to practice law in Wisconsin preferred.
• 5 years of experience in a legal role is required.
• Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives.
• Ability to interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees.

Responsabilités

• Drafts legal documents and templates under limited supervision.
• Manages document templates and corporate legal records.
• Performs records and legal research and prepares correspondence.
• Provides legal counsel to Navitus staff on policy implications and business objectives.
• Researches statutes, judicial decisions, contracts, and legal codes.
• Files legal documents in digital and physical filing systems.
• Develops processes for indexing and filing legal documents and managing contracts.
