Navitus Health Solutions, LLC is seeking a Sr. Staff Attorney to join our team in a remote Florida position.

The role supports the Chief Legal Officer and Assistant General Counsel, Regulatory, drafting legal documents and maintaining templates and corporate records. The ideal candidate has a law degree, 5 years of legal experience, and prefers Wisconsin licensure; you will advise on policy as well as compliance and frequently interact with staff across the organization.

Formación

• Completion of a law degree from an accredited program.
• License to practice law in Wisconsin preferred.
• 5 years of experience working in legal required.
• Participate in and support compliance program objectives.
• Interact cooperatively with other employees.

Responsabilidades

• Draft legal documents and templates.
• Manage document templates and corporate legal records.
• Perform records and legal research and prepare correspondence.
• File legal documents and correspondence in digital and physical filing systems.
• Develop processes for indexing and filing legal documents and managing contracts.
• Other duties as assigned.
