Qualifications

• Juris Doctor or equivalent law degree from an accredited program.
• Wisconsin license to practice law preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of legal experience required.
• Participation in and support of compliance program objectives.
• Ability to interact cooperatively and respectfully with staff.

Responsibilities

• Draft legal documents and templates under supervision.
• Manage document templates and corporate legal records.
• Conduct legal research and prepare correspondence.
• Provide legal counsel on business objectives and applicable policies.
• Support CQI initiatives and advise on legal implications of Navitus initiatives.
