Job summary

Optum is seeking a Senior Regulatory Adherence Analyst to lead the development, execution, and continuous improvement of a comprehensive pharmacy licensing program across OptumRx. You will partner with Licensing, Legal, Compliance, Regulatory Affairs, Operations and stakeholders to ensure licensing requirements are integrated into operational workflows.

This remote role supports growth initiatives, drafts playbooks and SOPs, monitors regulatory changes, and guides cross-functional teams to drive

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in healthcare regulatory licensing, enrollment, or a related compliance function.
• 1+ years of experience with state regulatory pharmacy licensing along with knowledge of multi state Board of Pharmacy licensing requirements.
• 1+ years of experience managing multiple deadlines with high level of accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain a pharmacy licensing implementation program.
• Create standardized project plans, methodologies, tools, and governance processes.
• Lead cross-functional implementation efforts across Licensing, Legal, Compliance, Regulatory Affairs, Operations, and business stakeholders.
• Establish project tracking, reporting, and performance metrics for milestones and risks.
• Evaluate current licensing workflows and develop process improvements for efficiency and compliance.
• Serve as SME on pharmacy licensing requirements and implementation practices.
