Job summary

UnitedHealth Group is seeking a Senior Regulatory Adherence Analyst to lead a comprehensive pharmacy licensing implementation program within the OptumRx Pharmacy Licensing Team. You will partner with Licensing, Legal, Compliance, Regulatory Affairs, Operations and business stakeholders to ensure licensing requirements are integrated into workflows across the organization.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of experience in healthcare regulatory licensing, enrollment, or a related compliance function.
• 1+ years of experience with state regulatory pharmacy licensing and multi-state Board of Pharmacy requirements.
• 1+ years of experience managing multiple deadlines with high accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain a pharmacy licensing program for openings, acquisitions, changes, remodels, rebranding and closures.
• Create standardized project plans, methodologies, tools, documentation and governance for licensing activities.
• Coordinate cross-functional implementation efforts with Licensing, Legal, Compliance, Regulatory Affairs, Operations and other stakeholders.
• Establish tracking, reporting and metrics to monitor milestones, identify risks and ensure timely completion.
• Evaluate licensing workflows and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce risk.
• Provide subject matter guidance on licensing requirements to internal teams.
• Integrate licensing requirements into new business opportunities and expansions.
• Develop SOPs, training materials and playbooks for licensing projects.
• Monitor regulatory changes and update processes accordingly.
• Escalate risks and compliance concerns to licensing leadership and engage regulators as needed.
