Job summary

Oscar Health is hiring a Senior Analyst, Regulatory Licensing to join the Risk Adjustment team. You will manage filings for state certificates of authority and ensure compliance with federal and state requirements while coordinating with internal teams and regulators.

Qualifications

• 2+ years licensing experience in health plan/managed care
• 1+ year experience designing and improving workflows
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of commensurate experience
• Demonstrated project management skills

Responsibilities

• Manage the preparation and filing of certificates of authority through routine filings for assigned states and regions
• Develop sustainable processes for internal tracking and monitoring annual and ad hoc filings
• Track and communicate filing objections and guide resolutions with impacted teams
• Be SMEs on assigned states and contribute to internal procedural guides on filing obligations
• Build and support relationships with regulatory bodies (state regulators)
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Other duties as assigned
