Job summary

Onco360 is seeking a Pharmacy Compliance Analyst to support licensure with state boards and to oversee audit plans across the organization. The role requires collaboration with regulatory bodies and internal teams, with regular reporting on compliance activities.

Ideal candidates will have pharmacy/regulatory experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Remote work is offered with periodic travel to Woodridge, IL and other sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Certified Pharmacy Technician registration is required.
• At least two years’ experience in pharmaceutical regulatory or industry-related work.
• Experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare fields with quality assurance and compliance exposure.
• Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Vice President, Specialty Pharmacy Compliance with administrative activities.
• Conduct on-site audits of Onco360/CareMed/ConnectMed360 pharmacies across the country.
• Perform virtual or desktop audits, including data entry and record reviews.
• Develop and maintain audit/risk assessment tools for pharmacy audits.
• Support licensure activities, renewals, and change notifications.
• Present compliance information and audit results to responsible parties.
• Provide quarterly audit data to leadership and committees.
• Collaborate with departments to collect data from multiple sources for audits.
• Perform other duties as assigned by senior leadership.
• Adhere to Code of Business Conduct, company policies, and applicable laws.
