Qualifications

• Ability to lift 25 lbs.
• Previous medical office experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate front-end functions to achieve revenue cycle metrics.
• Schedule and register patients; check-in and check-out.
• Process charges and end-of-day procedures.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Provide courteous, professional service and liaise between patients and staff.
• Mentor and lead team; ensure adequate staffing.
• Cross-cover other areas as needed.
• Handle incoming calls and collect co-pays when applicable.
