Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred; HS diploma required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and other computer applications.
• Experience with delivering successful customer service.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

Responsabilités

• Schedule and registration duties within front desk workflow.
• Check-in and check-out; collect co-pay when applicable.
• Enter charges/claims and manage end-of-day processes.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
