Job summary

MKTG Sports + Entertainment, part of Dentsu, is seeking a Senior Manager of Registration & Guest Communications (Event Technology) to own the full registration program across 24 races. You will manage the Swoogo platform, ensure attendee data accuracy, and craft guest-facing communications across multiple channels.

The role requires 5+ years in event registration or related fields, with strong copywriting and project management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 5+ years in event registration or related field.
• Hands-on experience with registration platforms (Swoogo preferred) or similar platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the full registration program across ~24 annual races, including builds, updates, and maintenance.
• Serve as the primary Swoogo platform owner, ensuring accuracy and functionality.
• Create, review, and refine registration copy including guest instructions, confirmations, reminders, and FAQs.
• Manage attendee data end-to-end, including guest lists, dietary needs, access levels, and required program information.
• Communicate with guests to resolve registration issues and gather missing information promptly.
• Track registration progress and provide status updates to internal teams and clients.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align registration with event operations and guest experience.
• Lead or support client calls related to registration timelines and next steps.
• Identify opportunities to improve registration processes, tools, and templates.
• Evaluate registration performance post-event and suggest improvements.
