Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Senior Event Registration Manager to own global registration programs for Corporate Events. You will drive seamless attendee experiences, manage registration workflows, and collaborate with Demand Generation, Marketing Operations, and Product Marketing to optimize outcomes.

You will also lead the development of the event mobile app integration, support promotional materials, and ensure compliance with evolving regulations while aligning with Stripe’s registration standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading event registration programs and driving attendee engagement.
• Ability to design registration experiences for diverse attendee types and complex workflows.
• Strong collaboration with marketing, sales, legal, and product teams to ensure compliant processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead event registration for all Corporate Events, including pricing models and attendee flows.
• Document registration experiences and communications for different attendee types.
• Establish registration policies using historical data and event goals.
• Analyze large data sets with Demand Gen, Marketing Ops, and Product Marketing to guide strategies.
• Coordinate with Web Presence and Platform teams to plan the annual events roadmap and timelines.
• Collaborate with Copywriting to craft landing page copy and ensure messaging aligns with brand guides.
• Oversee data movement between systems and support registration workflows.
