Job summary

Simmons University in Boston seeks an Associate Registrar for Systems and Analytics to lead student information systems administration, data governance, reporting, and analytics within the Office of the Registrar. This role ensures data integrity, system optimization, and policy-aligned reporting to support operations, compliance, and decision-making.

The Associate Registrar serves as a liaison between the Registrar’s Office, Technology, and campus partners to advance data-informed practices,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Minimum of 5 years in a Registrar’s Office, academic operations, or student services.
• Extensive experience with a Student Information System (Workday preferred) and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation, configuration, and optimization of the Student Information System (Workday Student).
• Coordinate system upgrades, enhancements, integrations, and testing with Technology and vendors.
• Design, develop, and maintain standard and ad hoc reports using Workday and other tools.
